info@bavariayachts.comHorizon Yacht Charters Annapolis, is launching its first summer season on the Chesapeake with a new owners’ incentive. Purchasers of one of the new Farr Yacht designed Bavaria Cruiser models are eligible for a credit of up to $50,000 when they place their yacht into the Horizon Yacht Charters Annapolis charter program which includes US and Caribbean placement options.
The flexible incentive program can be used to reduce the base price or to enhance the boat with additional fixtures and fittings. It can also be transferred to the charter program to set against brokerage fees, yacht servicing charges or the cost of transporting the yacht between the US and Caribbean bases. The introductory incentive expires on July 31, 2011.
Horizon Yacht Charters, Annapolis, in partnership with Bavaria Yachts USA, opened for business last weekend offering Chesapeake sailboat charters with a fleet comprising the Bavaria 32, 36 and 45 from the new 2011 Cruiser range. Based out of Yacht Haven Marina in Annapolis, Horizon Yacht Charters Annapolis offers bareboat and skippered charters.
Mike Rose, writing for the New Zealand Herald, has written a fulsome preview of the Bavaria 36′s imminent arrival in New Zealand:
“With the once-strong local production yacht building industry now but a distant memory, overseas marques have been quick to fill the gap.
“One of the most successful of these has been the Bavaria range. Now in the capable hands of Bill Rutherford’s Busfield Marine in Westhaven, the range has found a strong niche due largely to its combination of good sailing, value for money and long “as standard” list of features, most of which would be considered “optional extras” on other makes.
