As part of your registration, we collect and process the following information:

Salutation (optional),  first name, last name, email, phone number, postal code, country, message (optional)

This data is processed to carry out your trade fair registration. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR.

Please note that it is not possible to register without providing the mandatory information above.

You also have the option to sign up for our newsletter. In this case, we collect and process your data in order to send the newsletter to your inbox. In this case, the legal basis is your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR.

Within our company, we ensure that only those persons receive your data who need them to fulfil their contractual and legal obligations.

In addition to Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH, your assigned retailer will receive the relevant registration information. This data transfer applies in order to establish contact, as well as planning management and appointment allocation by the responsible retailers.

All participating retailers are listed in Annex 1.

Insofar as your assigned retailer is located in a third country, personal data might be transferred to the respective third country.

Personal data collected in the registration process will be stored by Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH for a period of 2 weeks after the event and then deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to a specific person. If you have also registered for the optional newsletter, your data will be stored until you revoke your consent.

Doe to the fact that the retailers are acting as independent data controllers according to Art. 4 para. 7 GDPR their retention periods might deviate; Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH has no influence on the determination of those retention periods.
