Successful BAVARIA service workshop at the shipyard

Gaining additional practical experience, learning new things and exchanging ideas with each other - more than 35 service technicians from our dealers were able to do all of this during a week-long BAVARIA service workshop at our shipyard. The aim was to provide the technicians with maximum knowledge and bring everyone up to date with the current and future product range.

After a welcome by Dominik Hart, Head of Customer Service & Quality Management, Monday started with an extensive tour of the shipyard, during which all the steps from the lamination of the deck and hull to the installation of engines and electrics and the final touches to the finished boat were explained by our own service technicians.

Over the course of the week, some of our most important suppliers visited us. Divided into small groups, our participants learnt a lot at the workshops organised by Navico, SIKA, Fischer Panda, H+B Technics and WEBASTO.

 

News, individual products and also special service issues and their quick solutions were presented. Afterwards, the participants were able to try out all the products themselves and thus gain additional practical experience.

 

At the end of a week full of information, the certificates were handed out to everyone on Friday. The feedback from the participants was extremely positive and everyone is already looking forward to the next BAVARIA Service Workshop!
